Public Hearing-Cannabis-Related Uses
Amherst Town Council is considering amending the Land-Use Bylaw for cannabis-related uses. The draft amendments would create definitions for cannabis retail, cannabis consumption lounges, and define where federally licensed production facilities may locate. A public hearing on this matter will be held on Monday at 6:30 in Town Hall Council Chambers....
