The Knights of Columbus are serving breakfast Saturday morning from 8-11 at their hall on Robie Street. The cost is $6.

The Amherst Artisan Gallery Market and Café are having a Jam Session at the Amherst Center. Join Michelle LeBlanc Saturday from 11-2 and Ray Legere and Frank Doody with some bluegrass from 1-3. All donations support your local artisan community.

Carma Amherst and Our Pack Animal Rescue are holding a Doggy Spa Day at Pet Valu Saturday from 11-4. For a minimum $20 donation, get you pet all spruced up for Valentine’s Day, with a wash, brush, and nail trim plus a photo. All proceeds to rescues.

There’s a Spaghetti Dinner Sat Feb 9 from 4-6 at the Sackville Legion. It’s to support the Sackville Skating Club. You have to order your tickets in advance. Call Erin at 506-224-0024 or email sackvilleskatingclub@gmail.com

There’s a Church Supper Saturday 4-6 at Wesley St. Matthew’s United Church, Pugwash. They will be serving, Meat Loaf, Potato Scallop, Beans & Brown Bread. The cost is $12 for adults, $6 for ages 5-12 and free for those 5 and under. Proceeds for Church Expenses.

Kyle Legere, along with L.P. Express and the Carter Girls, will be in concert, Sat Feb 9 at 6:30 at the Amherst Wesleyan Church. Admission is $5 and a non-perishable food item.

The Amherst 50+ Club is hosting a Valentine Dance, Saturday Feb. 9 from 8-10:30. Jerry Metz and Lost Highway will be playing. Admission is a donation at the door. There will be a 50/50 draw during intermission, and a light lunch after the dance. Anyone 50 and older is welcome...
